Over the weekend of June 9-10, 2018, we will be changing over nearly all of our primary banking systems to a new provider. This technology supports all of our major banking functions, including opening and managing accounts; originating and servicing loans; processing deposits, withdrawals, and other transactions; and managing our online, mobile, and telephone banking.
With thousands of new retail and business customers, we’ve outgrown our current banking systems. We began this process over a year ago, recognizing that we wanted to improve our customers’ experience while offering additional products, services, and technology solutions. That’s why we’re excited to partner with a new provider, who can help us bring you the latest in-branch and electronic technologies, innovative new products, and top-notch services, with even greater efficiencies and security enhancements.
We hope to work quickly and efficiently so this changeover is as seamless as possible for you. But transitions like this one sometimes come with small inconveniences and brief disruptions in some areas of service. We’ll do everything we can to keep them to a minimum.
