Online Banking

With free Online Banking from Millbury Savings Bank, you can check your account balances, view transactions, transfer funds between MSB statement accounts, and make MSB loan payments. What's more, you can enroll in Online Bill Payment and Mobile Banking, too.

To enroll in Online Banking, follow these easy steps:

  • Download and complete our Convenience Services Application, making sure that all account owners sign it.
  • Mail or fax the application to us, and be sure to include a copy of your driver's license. Our fax number is (508) 865-4143.
  • We'll enroll you and contact you with first-time login information.
  • Download our Quick Start Guide with complete instructions.

eStatements

With eStatements through Online Banking, you can access your account statements quickly, securely, and conveniently. What’s more, they’re free with any checking, savings, or money market account.

  • View, save, or print statements anytime, 24/7.
  • Receive an email when new statements are available.
  • Access up to 18 months of statements.
  • Remove a paper trail that could lead to identity theft.
  • Cut down on paper waste.

To enroll in eStatements, choose one of these methods:

If you’re an Online Banking user:  Log into Online Banking and click the "eStatements" button at the top of the screen. Follow the simple on-screen instructions for completing enrollment, or download our Quick Start Guide for more detailed information.

If you’re not yet an Online Banking user:  You must sign up for Online Banking to enroll in and view eStatements. See the "To enroll in Online Banking" section above.

If you received an Invitation Code to view someone else’s account statement, but do not have Online Banking or eStatements yourself: Click here and then click on "Accept Invitation." Follow the on-screen instructions to enter your code and register.

If you received an Invitation Code to view someone else’s account statement, and you already have Online Banking: Log into Online Banking, click on eStatements, and complete enrollment if you haven't already done so. Then choose "Other’s Statements" under the "View Statements" menu to enter your code.

Online Bill Payment

Online Banking users can enroll in Online Bill Payment (free with some accounts) to pay almost anyone without writing a check and set up automatic, recurring payments.

Follow these steps to enroll in Online Bill Payment:

  • Log into Online Banking and choose your checking account from the "Accounts" menu.
  • Click on the "BIll Payment" button.
  • Confirm your e-mail address and click "Submit."
  • Follow the on-screen instructions for completing enrollment or download our Quick Start Guide for more information.

Mobile Banking

Online Banking users can enroll in Mobile Banking to easily check account balances, transfer funds between MSB accounts, and more, using your smartphone's mobile browser. Users with iPhone (models 3GS and above with iOS 5 or later) and Android phones can also download our free mobile app. Or, use our quick-and-easy text banking from any SMS texting-enabled phone to get simple account information texted to you fast. Sign up for one, two or all three services--for free!*

To enroll in Mobile Banking and download our mobile app, grab your smartphone and follow these simple steps:

  • On your phone, search Google Play or the App Store for TouchBanking (by Fiserv, Inc.) and click "Install." When finished, click "Open."
  • On the Activate screen, enter the App Code GoMobileMSB and your Online Banking Access ID as your Username. Click "Continue."
  • Read the Terms and Conditions and click "I accept."
  • Enter your Online Banking Password and click "Log In."

To access Mobile Banking from a mobile browser or to use text banking, follow these steps:

  • Log into Online Banking.
  • Click on "Preferences," then scroll down to the Mobile Banking Profile and click "Enroll Now."
