Due to increasing and widespread fraudulent activity, Millbury Savings Bank is now blocking PIN-less debit card transactions as well as internet-based debit card transactions from all foreign countries. Please note that ATM and point-of-sale transactions requiring a PIN are not blocked.
If you will be traveling outside of the United States, please plan to use only PIN-based transactions at ATMs or when making purchases with your debit card. If you will be making international purchases of goods and services from merchants in other countries, please plan to either use an alternative method of payment or call our office ahead of time so that we can temporarily lift the block on your card and allow your transactions to go through.
